The Bridges of Wayne County -- what is the history of this Bridge debate?
The Bridges of Wayne County

Much has been written, and little seen, of Manuel Moroun – also known as Montgomery Burns and the Troll under the Bridge. His is an all-American, up-by-the-bootstraps tale of racketeering, penny-pinching, and lawsuits against siblings. Besides union-fighter, slumlord, and self-proclaimed federal official, Moroun holds the distinction of being one of the only people to get the better of Warren Buffett on a business deal: in 1979 he bought the Ambassador Bridge, now the single busiest point on the US border in terms of traffic (9000 trucks/day) and commercial throughput ($400 billion/year), for $30 million.

We all need to do our homework and present detailed information to Steven Taratuta - our Central District Representative in the Wayne County Prosecutors Office, Community Prosecution Unit. The next Central District meeting is November 17th) -- thanks to Leslie Malcolmson for sharing this advice
