June 19, 2011
Dear Sponsor:
2011 FIRST ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Detroit Hispanic Lions Club is hosting its First Annual Golf Outing to be held on August 13, 2011, at Riverview Highlands Golf Course located at 15015 Sibley Road, Riverview, MI 48193.

The Detroit Hispanic Lions Club serves the Southwest Detroit Hispanic Community in the following ways:

1. Purchasing eye exams and eyeglasses for individuals that cannot afford them.
2. Assisting Spanish speaking residents from our community that are either vision impaired, or hearing impaired in getting assistance from The Lions Club International Fund (LCIF) in receiving eye corrective surgery, or hearing aids.
3. Donate gift food certificates to the Holy Redeemer Food Bank to distribute to needy families during the Holidays.
4. Give donations to families in the Community that have suffered from a devastating loss of home or family.
5. Raise funds to donate to several Lions Club International projects such as: Leader Dog School in Rochester, MI, The Penrickton Center in Taylor, Beaumont Silent Children Center in Troy, and many more.

We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this event by sponsoring a hole, or providing a donation to benefit the Tournament. The TEE Sponsor cost is $100.00, but any gift or monetary donation would be appreciated!

All proceeds from the Golf outing will be dedicated to the above mentioned Lion Club projects, and if you can submit a team please feel free to join us in all the fun and games. The Tournament is open to all ages, and skill levels. Make your plans, assemble your foursome, or come as a single and we will put you with a group. Please make out your checks to “Detroit Hispanic Lions Club”, and mail them to Jesse Anaya, 1416 Nowlin, Dearborn MI, 48124 or call my cell (313) 614-7787 to make arrangements for me to come and pick up any gifts you wish to donate.

I have enclosed a Flyer for your information and Golf registration.

Thank you,

Jesse Anaya.
